Payment Options
There are currently 2 ways to facilitate your payment of application moneys for eWhite Form application:


(1) PPS Internet payment and
(2) PPS by phone


Please note the following daily transaction limits for PPS Internet or phone payment:


- HK$100,000 per day for PPS Internet or phone payment (maximum transaction limit is HK$100,000, but may vary depending on which bank you choose for PPS Internet or phone payment).  
You may choose to settle the total amount of your application by multiple payments from different bank accounts. If you choose to make multiple payments, please make sure that the exact amount is paid in aggregate and the same application reference number is quoted correctly in all the payments.

In addition, electronic payments are usually subject to individual limits imposed upon the relevant account holder by individual banks. Please check with your bank and make sure that you can pay the full amount for your application before the application deadline (i.e. 12:00 noon or the payment deadline of the payment option selected, whichever is the earlier, on closing date or such later date when the application lists of the Public Offer close). Your application will ONLY be accepted if you have completed the payment process before the payment deadline.


e-Refund
If your application is unsuccessful or you are allocated a lesser number of shares than you applied for and/or the actual share price is less than the maximum share price you have paid, you will be refunded without interest via


(1) refund cheque issued in the name of the applicant sent to the address stated in the Electronic Application Form / e-Refund payment instruction(s) dispatched to the application payment bank account (if application moneys are paid through a single bank account); or

(2) refund cheque issued in the name of the applicant sent to the address stated in the Electronic Application Form (if the application moneys are paid through multiple bank accounts).

ATTENTION:
The e-Refund payment instruction may be rejected by the bank if the account name is different from the applicant's name or the account has been closed. A refund cheque will then be issued in the name of the applicant and will be sent to the address stated in the Electronic Application Form after receipt of the rejection advice from the bank.
